Annual dues of $350 dollars can be paid via check or PayPal. All dues must be paid by May 15th, 2025 to ensure the pool can open as scheduled.
Checks can be delivered to HOA Treasurer, Dennis Fiederlein, in full or on a monthly basis from January through May.
To pay via PayPal, please use the PayPal app or desktop browser to send PayPal funds to McEachernWoodsWestHOA@gmail.com. Your receipt in PayPal will carry the name of HOA VP, Joshua Ferguson. Choosing the “Friends & Family” option during payment will ensure additional fees do not occur.
Please include your Full Name and Address when sending your funds so Dennis can check you off the list.
